I just leased a new 528 and love it! I didn't realize how low the car actually is but when I parked the car forward first, I ripped off the plastic protector on the driver side. It's still attached but it's hanging on one side. Is this something covered by a lease? Regardless any recommendations as to fixing this?
Thanks in advanced,
Joey

need to look under it and see what is ripped off, may be able to reattach, replace or back to the dealers

Welcome to the forum. Actually, I'm kind of surprised too. This car really does not sit low.

Good thing you weren't driving a 535 or you would need a new bumper!!

Had to have been a tall parking block or curb...most likely that plastic guard can be popped back into place if it's still intact.

I previously drove a 2008 corvette and never ruined the front bumper of my four years driving it lol. I guess I assumed every other car would be safe parking after leaving the vette lol. I did manage to push back the plastic guard in place and it does stay, but its loose unlike the one on the passenger side. I left it alone for now, but I'll probably take it by the dealership at some point to have it clipped in place.
Other than that, this car is awesome!!! Although I loved my vette so much, I don't know how I managed to drive it for four years.
Thanks for the help everyone!

I have noticed there is a LOT more car in front of the wheels than our 08 335i.
