Okay I started getting a slight squeak over speed bumps or inclined driveways...the thing is, when I turn hard into a corner, it wont squeak, its usually from a quick compress and decompressing of the left rear suspension(generally over big bumps)...I dont think it's the Rear Shock Mounts, because I had the GC updated units with the reinforcers on the top for almost a year now and the squeak just develped...lubed the sway bar bushing to no avail...anybody have an idea?

Ive got the same thing and I dont think its in my susp. I am yet to confirm but I think its in the back dash. have you let someone else drive and sat in the backseat?
yup, it IS the RSM...
make sure the shock absorber upper mount to body is 17 ft-lb
I had exactly the same problem last year

once i get some more time, i am going to pull the carpets and take a look, since the bolt was on secure enough, maybe there is a crack in the rear shock towers, which causes this noise, which im hoping is not the culprit...did you guys trim your bump stops in the rear? Maybe i bottomed out too many times? causing stress in the towers...
nah, wont' be the towers..just torque the nuts properly
and I don' have koni, so here's a free bump

thanks v.b.
btw you have the replica underpanel for sale? i might be interested in one in a month or two...I will let you know, since I need to take care of this suspension first, then perhaps some euro ellipsoids, and then an underpanel...
do people with KONI's trim the rear bumpstops?

well it ended up being my bumpstops...the constant pouring rain, made them wet and I guess they had alot of surface tension and produced noise when they became compressed, but I didn't know that Eibach Prokits lowered enough to ride on the bumpstops that much, because not only speed bumps, but bumps you feel while you drive would be somtimes enough to make them squeak...so everyone riding on eibach prokits and koni SA...I say trim the bumpstop exactly in half, thats what I did, and no noises...
hope that helped
Well... based on my bad experience with RTABs, I would say check them. I had some squeeking (like you described) and checked everything but couldn't find where the squeeking sound was coming from. Then I take the car to Bill Arnold (great mechanic) and he finds that the problem was a loose bolt that holds the RT.
