Im looking to do a turbo build for the bmw 325is m20 turbo build, the cars bone stock, im looking for all the parts and information i will need to complete this project, im 19 and i dont have infinite money, im not looking to build a 600+ hp e30 just looking for around 250-400hp, i know this isnt going to be cheap. im going to be going with the 2.7 super eta block, and the 885 head, i heard this is best for low compression which is good for a turbo build. i would like to know if someone can point me to a thread which has everything i am going to need for this build, any help is great, i have the bmw know how, and a couple guys at work drive and play with bmw's, thanks.

Your best bet is to go on e30tech and research, your power goals are easily attainable with a budget build and a Holset HX35, some good buying of used parts and some custom work and you are good. Remember your setup is only as reliable as your tune so dont skimp of management.

This sounds a lot like the Condor Speed Shop build that put 356 horsepower to the wheels on our dyno when we were developing the E30 MSPNP. It was using a similar combination - 2.7 bottom end, ported head, and a Holset HX35. Here's what it made, and this is a DynaPack which reads a bit lower than a DynoJet.

They recently put the car up for sale and included a pretty complete list of mods that they used.
