Car sounds like a sport bike on start up

Looking for ideas as to what can be causing this sound. There is a high pitch whine that sounds like like a sport bike at low speed, it seems to go away after a few minutes. We poked around under the hood but couldn't locate the source of the sound.

I'll take a swing at it, is it when driving or idle, cold or hot, do you hear it more on driver or passenger side, does it go away when you press the clutch if you can get a video of the sound you can pm me for my email or cell

Idle or low RPM, in the mornings mostly, so when it is cooler out I hear it more. Probably more on the passenger side. I'll try and get an audio clip of it.
