Alright, well i have finally got my hands on my very own 1999 E36 M3 =D
Im fairly new to the m3 but i have done a little bit of work on other cars in the past.
Has a bit of damage but the frame seems unharmed, few rust spots here and there but with some love and a lot of money it will look amazing <3
Anyway, i need help with one thing, the front seats. They are ripped up quite badly (They are Grey Leather). Obviously i do not want to just put a seat cover on it, and im a little sketchy about taking it to an upholster... Mostly because i want them to look OEM the M badges in the corners are beautiful. Would an upholster do a good job on them, and still be able to retain the same look? Iv never had and seats reupholstered so i have no idea what to expect or if i should just put my efforts into finding a pair of seats somewhere.
What do you guys think? Also anyone know how much i should expect to pay if i was to take them to get reupholstered?
