portable jump starter/air compressor

I am looking for a portable jump starter and air compressor to use to re-inflate my tires after auto-x or after offroading (I also have a jeep wrangler). Do you think either of these units have what it takes to start my BMW (or my jeep)?

The BMW takes a lot of cold ranking amps, I think our battery is 900, and I want to see if these have what it takes

375 cca should be enough to start the car unless it is really cold out. I think both would work fine.
