The other day I was working on my car and brought my snapon gloves out with the intent on using them for working on my e36. I forgot. So when I got in the car to do a test drive/relax drive I figured I'd put them on before I forgot again. I started driving with the gloves on and I loved the way the steering wheel and shift knob felt/moved with the gloves on.

I'm comfortable with a lot of glove types cause I use rubber, cloth and leather gloves at work almost 6-8 hours a day.

My question to you is:

Are there any driving gloves any of you have used that were exceptionally comfortable, looked alright, and were appropriately durable?

These aren't exactly "driving" gloves but I got them for Christmas and said what the heck I'll keep them in my car. They are great on cold mornings, especially when scraping the windshield. I am always amused when I get to use the gloves in my ... glove box :cool

Nomex flight gloves for racing purposes. So if there is an equivalent, i would recommend them.

Golf glove work great. They're thin and vented and inexpensive enough to toss out when they get old and stiff.
