Your local BMW dealership or one of the BMW dealerships with an online webstore. Look up the BMW part nbr for the e38 using one of the online part databases like www.realoem.com or www.bmwfans.info .
Once you have the 11 digit BMW part nbr...you can google shop your heart out by typing "BMW xx xx x xxx xxx" into a google search box. You may even find non BMW dealerships that are selling the part.
My 2 favorite online BMW dealerships which have great pricing are:
Tomkinson BMW: www.bmwpartscenter.net
BMW Silver Spring (formally Tischer BMW): www.getbmwparts.com
Watch carefully for the front mud flap part nbr...there's 2 different nbrs depending on when your car was built:

(found doing a google search)

Thanks dude, ill give your suggestions a try.
I called Tischer BMW and they share a warehouse with getbmwparts, but they dont have their phone number and are not associated with each other.

getbmwparts.com does not accept phone calls. Only online communication (aim, email, contact trough website). They do accept will call for local pickups.
ebmwparts.com is also a great site with discounts but may not be local to you.

Are you trying to make your BMW look like an 80s or 90s Oldsmobile?

I'd say he's trying to protect the car from stone damage.

Reason i want them is because im sick of cleanimg all the road grime of the rear bumper and the sideskirts.
I can go a motnh with out washing the car because of winter weather. But the rear bumper just an eye sore after a week.

-MessanI don't see any mudflaps in your photos. In fact I can't see a BMW. All I can see is nice tips in the last photo.
Please stay on topic.

Now that the East coast and Central Tablelands are flooding from 1:100 year rainfall (200mm predicted tomorrow), I wouldn't mind a set to protect the skirts et al.
Gotta do what you want to do, as needs be.

-MessanSorry, I couldn't see the wood (nice mud flaps) for the trees (women)!
We can be sarcastic but we prefer "laconic"

With the distance to cover shipping cost it'll probably be the same as purchasing here in the US

Not likely, I shipped a set of camshafts back to the US for $40aud. Postage for the exact same camshafts in the exact same packaging to Aus from US was about $200aud. I think you guys charge us some sort of "Australia tax" ;P
Regardless, I looked and they're gone. Only non-genuines listed for $25.

What happens if you type the info below into a google search box? You should get at least one vendor that sells them (if they're still available).
front - BMW 82 16 9 404 697 (up to Sept 98 build date)
rear - BMW 82 16 9 404 699
front - BMW 82 16 9 410 890 (from Sept 98-up build date)

I live in the US and would order from the US. So your point is mute.
