Magnaflows cats??? Good ?? In California?

I had smog check and my NOx was very high. on one side. high but still passed. I believe its the original cat on the rightside. I replaced the leftside about seven yrs ago. that side was almost zero NOx.
so i was wondering if i change them out with magnaflows which have you guys used on your cars without errors and issues down the road. I guess this question is for the California owners. would the same O2 sensors work?

Andy from what I read on Magnaflow is they work in every state besides CA.

They make a CA approved model, as far as I can tell its the same part but $20 more. I've seen them on O'Riely Autoparts site as well as Amazon...
