My mats are in great shape save for the backing on the drivers mat. Its all torn so the little velcro discs dont hold it in place. I dont wanna spend $140 on a complete set so I was hoping someone here would have a spare black drivers mat they wanna sell. :D

This is where perusing the Euro side of the parts database comes in handy. And perhaps some of our Euro forum members can offer up pics if some are curious as to how the BMW Euro velour & city mats look like. I believe one of the big differences is the absence of the reinforced heel pad with "BMW" embroidered into it...the Euro mats "heel pad" is plain or non existent. (don't hold me to the "heel pad" stuff...let the Euro guys give the accurate details) :)
The Euro side of the part database has more mat options that we do here in the States. If you go to www.realoem.com or www.bmwfans.info and enter your car's VIN and change the area to EUROPE (or just click the appropriate buttons that match your car if it was a LHD Euro version) then go to the VEHICLE TRIM (main group) then look under ACCESSORIES AND RETROFITTINGS (sub group)...you should see diagrams for FLOOR MAT VELOUR & CITY MATS.
Listed in those diagrams in the part nbr index is not only the "set" but you can purchase an individual driver's mat. Get the BMW part nbr for the color mat you need (and also the floor anchor) and take that to your local BMW dealership's part dept and order it from the Euro side of the database. It should take about a week for it to arrive.
And you WILL need to order mat anchors (listed in the part nbr index) because they don't use the velcro type anchors...so you'll need to order a two of the "screw" type that is the appropriate length for which ever type mat you purchase.

I assume ANTHRAZIT is my black interior color?

If you have truly "black" carpet...then BMW calls that "schwarz" (which is VERY RARE). The next darkest carpet color would be anthracite (anthrazit).
Anthrazit is a dark charcoal gray. Do you know the color of your car's interior? Or can you post a pic? Or can you post the last 7 digits in case we need to do a search?
The only thing that I have that is anthracite (anthrazit) are my oe BMW rubber mats...but their color may appear slightly different than anthracite carpet:

Wait...I take that back...my old 1995 e34 525iT had anthracite carpet...is this the color of your carpet? If it is...then you can see the comparison of the anthracite rubber mats versus the anthracite carpet:

I believe I may have some rare floor mats...they seem to be black in addition to the carpet...

Since you're looking for a lower cost option (I don't blame you) I have some mats that are from the E63 that happen to fit near perfectly into the E38 (one of the guys in the office is running them). Only kicker is they are rubber and close to a military green color. If you're interested they are available HERE (http://www.ecstuning.com/ES1928377/?salesrep=JRiggsbee&utm_source=bimmerforums&utm_medium=forum&utm_content=JRiggsbee&utm_campaign=postreply).
