what the hell just happened!!!

I was driving today and i went on a pot hole and next thing i know my back right shock is on the ground... what the f*** happened??? by the time i realized the car was bouncing aound i think the bilstien is badly damaged...

they are about a year and a half old, but i think the shop that installed my H&R's didnt tighten the bottom bolt enough....

what should i do????

there should be a larger washer on the back of the bolt to keep it from pulling through the shocks bushing (on the bottom).

if these weren't installed then that's what happened.

warranty will not cover improper installation - get your reciept and go back to the shop.
