Hi I have just ordered new Alpina Kopi 17x7.5 wheels. The car is an '82 320i and is lowered 1.5". I want to get 205/40/17 size tires. I have been recommended Kumho Ecsta 712's. I live in Vancouver BC and it rains A LOT. I am not too 'aggressive'. I would like a good safe ride with tires that will last, not too expensive either. Thanks for your time,

The Yokohama ES100 would be a much better handling tire in both wet and dry for the same kind of price. I have the ES100 at 87.00 each.
