rear bumper reflector inserts?

So I tried to search.. and couldnt find anything. I see some E60's with reflectors built into the rear bumpers... but mine has painted fillers. I havent decided if I like them or not... but I'm curious what model got the reflector inserts and which didnt.

The E60 LCI models(3/2007 and later) have the reflectors in the rear bumper.
