Im looking to preform an auto to manual swap on my 318ti. Im looking to purchase the transmission and other components form a part out. only thing is that on the sale im looking at the flywheel and clutch are spoken for.
My question is what kind of clutch and flywheels are available? Obviously stock but what other ones. which are the best and which are the most cost effective. keep in mind i dont want to spend more then another $100-200 on the clutch and flywheel since that would bring the swap up to the same price as a complete swap with all components.
would i have to replace these parts anyway even if i got a swap with the flywheel and clutch?
