Looks like a scam to me. When you say he is getting 2 more mph did you mean to say mpg's? Gearing can't be change by adding a chip.

It's a scam.

If you look they offer a chip for the BMW 2002tii, which had mechanical fuel injection, not electronic fuel injection.

Also would you think the same company that supplies chips for Buick Park Ave would also sell a chip for the Bugatti Veyron?

Yeah, I don't know if this guy is a fool or a liar, I don't know how you can attach something to the wiring of your maf and get more power or mpg out of it.
