Going the change plugs and oil this weekend and plugs come gaped but does anyone know what the gap is for cooper s 2008

I don't know the gap size but I also have a plug related question. What is the ideal plug type for an 03 S?

If your r53 is stock then use NGK BKR6EQUP. If you have a supercharger pulley for that extra hidden power then use NGK BKR7EQUP which is a colder heat range.
