Lic plate light out

Left side of my lic plate light is off.. Dont know y!! I changed the bulb.. Still off... I switch side... Still off...it just happened.. What seems to be the problem?? Need help please..fuse maybe??
About a month ago, my driver side angel eyes went out. I dont know if that has anything to do with it..

Check the trunk harness or at least back track from the socket that's out to the one that still works with a multi-tester.

Looking in the trunk like normal, there is a big group of wires on the left. They often get damaged in that area from opening/closing the trunk over the years.

Got it fixed!! Opened the trunk harness and that s#!t looks nasty!! Cut wires and open wires!! I got my license plate light back... Thanks for all the info/help
