well im new to the bmw world and im looking to buy a 95 325i and was woundering what a good rim/tire size would be.i was looking at beyern mesh...but not sure what would be a good size or offset..i do plan on lowering too....so info please

Some wide 16" rims would be very nice, but there is more selection in 17" tires. I'd recommend a set of 4 - 17"x8.5" +41mm rims and 245/40R17s. Those were the optional stock rear sizes on the M3. They will fit on the front with spacers/camber. Anything wider requires fender lip rolling.

I have some sports package size 225/50R16s on 16"x8" +23mm BBS forged wheels from a 740i which look pretty aggressive, but they are a very tight fit on the rear fenders.
