AC Schnitzer wheel questions

Hi all.

I am looking to pick up a set of ACS wheels for my E38. I heard they are "soft". The roads here in Vancouver aren't terrible, but I travel down to Washington State quite a bit. Bad idea?

Also, what would be good replicas to buy? Or are all of them junk?

ACS Wheels will last you well unless you crash them hard into a void in very high speed but few wheels will whithstand such punishment..

ACS are a popular wheel to make copies on. So sometimes people haveing tourble with ACS really don't even own ACS wheels..
