I can't believe it! There is a Isetta project in the islands. It is on a remote island so the logistics make it a little more difficult to get to me, but it is not impossible. What do you folks think? How much are these going for these days. I can fit this project on my covered lanai next to my hibachi :D

Amazing what you guys have out there. It's a like a microcosm of the US market in general.

At least you wouldn't have to construct a garage extension if you picked that up! :)

Just interested in the market for these bad boyz. There is no "cool" factor in playing with these Isettas, but if it was worth flipping, then who knows. I think the asking price is more than what I would want to pay for what is there, but if the market says that these things are hard to find and are worth a pretty penny?!

You all know I'm just pulling your leg...no time, no knowhow and no drive to want to work on one of these "things". Would honestly be ashamed to be seen driving one of these things. That is just me :rolleyes

Yeah, for those who haven't been to Hawaii, it is hard for them to think that the State of Hawaii is a small Metropolitan City. We get all the same offerings that US cities get (except probably a few weeks later). No one lives in grass shacks anymore. You would be surprised at how many people still ask me about that.

Island of Oahu is a modern city and due to its diversed population, in many ways the State of Hawaii is more modern than more than a few other US States. It is just more expensive living here.

Isettas are incredibly collectible (far above what our cars could even hope for). The price looks pretty great, someone should jump on it.
