SO i decided to go witha non vanos M62, and i have just completed the swap. Started the engine a few days ago, and ran like a champ! Gotta say, the car sounds more like a V8 now :D But heres my problem, i noticed that when i rev it up (Warmed up of course) is seems to choke (feels like its redlining) at around 5600 RPMish.. So i took it for a test drive today, and it would do the same when i get to about 5200 RPM, and when you got that much power, you get there fast :devillook .. Any directions?
Anything?
anyone know where to lead me?
Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

What chip do you have in there? Looks like you're running the engine so lean that it will not accelerate anymore simply because there's not enough fuel. I would stop beating or even driving the car until your get a proper chip/tune, running that lean is one way to burn some holes in the pistons.

Time to get a tuner and some tuneable chips, not edible ones.Well, maybe some bbq chips to fuel the tuneage sessions.lol
Seriously though, you need to get the fuel figured with an obd2 reader and did you use your ECU or one that came with the engine? Does the maf work?
etc. etc. etc.
