245/45/18 - 225/45/18 on ZHP rims

Found better pricing on snows with this configuration for my e46 with ZHP rims.... Will these fit and if so how far is the overall diameter "off" from stock?

First of all, those two don't match each other.
The 245/4518 is 26.68" diam.
The 225/45/18 is 25.97" diam.

Stock winter 18 is 225/40 18 = 25.08" diam
