Why used? we sell new ones for $299
I wouldn't think you would want to mess with an unknown electrical item that may or may not be working correctly..It will drive you crazy trying to diagnose..

Go with a known brand new one...

I hear you.....

Since the car is for the road for the winter, I am in no big rush, so before I buy new I usually place a wanted ad. You would be amazed at how much basically new, unused or slightly used stuff is out there that people never bothered to install and then sold the car. Can find some great deals that way. Just trying to maximize my modding $$$.

But you are right I am not looking for a 100,000 mile hfm. Not worth the risk.
