What are the OEM tires on your BMW? The only reason to stick with the same tire would be if they're the best tire for what you're looking for in your price range. As long as you're choosing a quality tire as a replacement there's absolutely no harm in going with a different tire.

I don't even know what kinda car you have...and no, get something else, say Continental DW or Michelin Supersport

I would choose ANY brand over the Bridgestones. I bought Perelli Nero Zero tires and they are excellent.
