What is the best way to reattach the 635CSI badge back onto the trunk lid?

I don't know if it's best, but I think if you have a new one, I should press right in the rubber (or is it plastic?)-lined holes. There is also supposed to be a plastic plug directly under neath right around the middle. If you have an old one with broken off nipples, I'd put a little turd of butyl underneath and press it on.

That's for the roundel. If you are reusing the original 635CSI clean the backside and use 3M double sided tape for trim/emblems. Just apply to the back and trim with a razor. I used a pencil to lightly mark the location.

My bad. Yes, 3M double-sided tape. I used rubber molding cement once - much messier, and in my case also yellow! It cures to black, my car is black, no big deal.
