Valve guide and seal removal

Been searching for some info on the procedure for this but can't find anything other than generic youtube vids. I can destructively pull the seals off, but how are the brass guides removed? What I've seen are air hammers and drills. There must be an easier way. Any tips on installing new ones? Thanks guys.

Take it to a machine shop that does cylinder heads. They are shrink fit parts that have to be removed very carefully. Then the head is heated and new guides are shrunk in...
