i just wanted to know what's that bolt on my strut tower !!!

It's not connected to anything !

ground cable pole. For example when you charge the battery via the battery plus pole and then you need a good ground too, that is the ground.

Same is when you have an empty battery and jump start the car, also here that thingy is used as ground.
Some built years have it, some not, if you do not have it, just use any other good ground.
