Hi, I got a few problems that I would like to take care of. Would the BMW forum community kindly look at these pictures and educate me what the problem is and a solution?

Is this the steering fluid leak everyone is talking about? Whats all those black stuff?

Does this sway bar bushing look bad? or is that how it is suppose to look?

Also it seems that I have a suspension problem.....I can feel every crack on the streets, pot holes throws my car. I tested my car by pushing down the front of the car and there is zero movement, and then I pushed the back truck and it bounces 1 time up and down. Is the front shock dead?

The redness of the fluid that I can see with all that dirt accumulated seems to indicate a heck of a power steering leak. Your swaybar bushing looks fine to me except covered with crude.
The test of pushing down on the front end or rear end is meaningless. For BMWs I have done this with completely worn out stuts and shocks and it doesn't bounce like a conventional car. The only way you can tell is to remove one and test it.
What I typically do is to take the rear bolt off the shock (assuming you have a wheel off and the car safely jacked up) and push up and pull down on that shock and if shot then you can beat the front strut is even worse...
