In fact today it stall 18 times, but the RPM was high enough it stayed running. I have replaced the crankcase vent valve and idle control valve. Still does it. I unplugged the MAF sensor and it never died. Plug it back in and within 15 seconds it stalled and died. Doesn't happen over 60 degrees outside though. Doesn't matter if at idle, acceleration, steady driving or deceleration. When the temp gage reads halfway it stops stalling. Help!

My guess is that you have already diagnosed your problem. Faulty MAF sensor.

Or you have a decent vacuum leak.
If it's an M54 engine:
check the intake boot at the idle air control valve for tearing
If it's an N52 engine:
remove the engine acoustic cover, start and run engine, using carb cleaner or a propane torch (not lit!! just using the propane gas) spray the area around the valvetronic motor. Those seals are know leak points
