lately my 335is has been notifying me on numerous occasions that I have low tire pressure in a different tire each time but I check them and they're all fine..thinking it might just be a weather change thing any suggestions on fixing it?

extreme cold causes problems with FTM and TPM in my experience

Even non-extreme temperature fluctuations cause the light to come on. It roughly translates to 10 degrees = 1 psi. So if you fill your tires one afternoon and it's 60 outside, when it goes down to 30 that night, you'll be about 3 psi lower. (plus a few psi on top of that because we all know you didn't fill your tires when they were cold, so .... ). :D

What is the threshold to set off the low pressure notification? I left for work a couple of weeks ago and got a warning that the left front was low. I filled both front tires and according to the gauge on my electric pump they were 7+ pounds low. On Thursday, I got a warning that the left rear was low., so I filled both before my commute. Same situation....looked like both rear tires were down at least 7 pounds before the warning indicator notified me.
Since I've never had run flat tires, I kind of freaked out the first time I got the warning.

I don't know the actual threshold, but it seems that when people come in to have their tires topped off (I work at a dealer, FYI), they're usually in the 4-7psi low range, although I couldn't begin to correlate which tire was how low with which tire the car said was tripping the light. If a tire is more than 10 psi low, we tell the customer that we should check for a puncture. Anything less than 10psi and we fill it and send them on their way, unless they were just in the day before for the same tire, then we look for a puncture.
