WTB: Heat shield for E36 318i

Hi all,

Havent been able to find a heat shield for a pod style air filter on a 4-cyl e36 before....just wondering if anyone makes them, and if anyone has one for sale, or knows where i can pick one up?

If you were closer to Kansas City than the other side of the planet I could make one for you in my garage. Its not hard with some sheet metal from home depot type store and some sheet metal shears. I actually have a couple E36 6 cylinder models in my garage now that just need the hole cute in it.
