Tire swap size question

My father is returning his lease and offered my his 530i bliz winter tires, 225/50R14 with ASA rims. Will these fit on my 2007 328xi, current tires are 205/55R16, or will they rub? Thanks in advance.

Check the sizes of the tires again.

Checking on the 5, the 328xi those are the current tires on there. My hopes would be to just swap the tires with rims out.

Tires on the 5 Series are going to 1" taller than stock tires on the 3 Series. The wheels are also a different offset and are going to stick out. They would not fit correctly.
