I don't know if they'll fit with the rear sls system intact or not.

You will need centering rings as the e39 wheel hub is larger than the e28 wheels hub. But they will fit if the offset is correct. E15-20 front, e20-e35 rear

If you buy the wheels and get the hubcentric rings...and then need tires, I have what you need!!!
