Not sure what happened with the other post.
Picked these up for $400. Passed on them a while back ago, the owner still had them.
Should be ordering 15mm spacers next week.

Came off a 2007 328i. Their alright. The price was right. They were here in town. (West Texas) Their wide. They don't have a "lip". I hate the look of the lip rims. It's like settling for a girl friend that has an odd laugh. they will work. And yes, this is pretty much how i resolzed this issue in my head.:stickoutt

Nice. They look good.

The wheel styling looks subtle but strong enough to carry it off with the 6er. Do more pics when you've got the set-up all done.

Sounds like a good rationale to me!

The sad thing is... the wheels, cosmetically, are in better shape than the car. I think they will look alright. The car has small factory wheels anyways at 14"s. But again, i fall back on my reasoning. Ultimately, i don't like the bottle caps and these look better. For me and my car.

I like Tadpoles look as well. We will have similar looks as our colors are close to the same. But, his car looks to be in better shape than mine.

17"s just seems to fit like a stock rim/tire setup should have.
Some like the stock look... some don't.

Yeah, Tadpole has great taste!

I have those on Z3, I really like them on the 6er too, but I feel weird about having the same wheels on more than one car. I like some variety!

Also I had the bottle caps on the E36 and E23, I'm done with those forever!

Feel honored to be referenced in another thread. Thanks. My color is cosmos blue. By your pic it looks the same. Its a nice wheel setup and if the price is right then I'd be in as well.

You bet. I have had these wheels for about two months... but seeing yours and the fact i just got her running again after the swap... i thought i would do a test fit and make sure of the spacers needed.
the original color from the factory was saphire blue. Now it has the silver color, which i like better anyway. Someday i hope to repaint. Interestingly, the wheels and car colors are similar.
