This winter will be the first year we have had our 2009 328i Convertible. It has the M sport package with 18" wheels. Its the wife's car, so definitely not going to have her try to get by with the performance tires that are on the car. Any recommendations for a good run-flat winter tire/wheel combo? Has anyone bought a wheel/tire combo from tire rack?
Thx,
Brett

Check out tirerack.com, they have good combos. I got the MSW Type 22 with the Blizzak LM-25 RFTs. http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1554319
I recommend 17" for your car. 205 or 225 width should work fine.

You can go all the way down to 16" for the winter on the 328I. We have a number of options listed on the web site. In your area I would look at a performance winter tire like the Dunlop Winter Sport or the Bridgestone Blizzak LM60. If I can help just let me know.
