I have been losing my antifreeze. No signs of leaking under the car or around the cap. Just filled it 2 weeks ago and had to fill it up again. Where could it be going or what could be wrong? Something major? My engine light has been on for years....goes on and off but most the time on. Its almost paid off and I dont want to have to buy a new car. Head gasket? I dont know. Help please!!!!

If it is not dripping:
Your water pump main seals are bad. I have had this happen years ago on my 318is. Check under the hood for whiteish spray on the sound deadening mat and around the water pump area.
I am almost certain that it is leaking out the shaft and spinning it off when the car warms up and pressurizes the system. :)

Does that mean I have to replace the whole water pump?
