Leaking Oil

My 2006 120i is leaking oil (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1708740#) from the gearbox gasket Last year I had to replace the vacuum pump due to leaking oil Seems wrong for a relatively new car with only 65,000 km Has anyone had these problems Thinking more problems in the future and should sell it
