Turbo Build with a car that was in an accident??

You have to assess whether the damage was fixed fully and the quality of the fix. My 99 M3 was in a front passenger side accident in 99 when it was 3 weeks old according to carfax. It was fixed, but not perfectly. I still bought the car in 2005 because it had only 44k miles and was in pretty good overall condition and reasonably priced. Then I supercharged it. Now it is turbocharged. I would pay less for a car that has been in an accident. How much less depends on the accident and the repair.
