ive got a 1992 535i and ive been looking to get a deeper and slightly louder sound out of the exhaust for a while now. called a few local muffler shops and they suggested replacing the front and rear mufflers with magnaflow mufflers. Has anyone had this done to a 535i? if so how does it sound?
thanks for any reply's :D

Search the forum for this topic. There have been many posts about Magnaflow on here. The general consensus is that folks who installed these systems are happy but you should read it for yourself. It is also impolite to expect the experienced folks that took the time to write about their experience to write it again for you. You will get better responses if you search first, study a bit, and then ask questions. I have had good responses especially when I read earlier posts and contacted the original author to ask questions. Welcome to the forum.

Cut muffler off and run two pipes back from the cat.

The front "muffler" is actually a resonator, thats if it is still the stock system.
