Changed my window gear.

Has anyone attempted to change the window gear instead of replacing the entire power window motor? It is cheaper because the gear is just $25 dollars. However, the work involved can be time consuming.

I'm still working on attaching back the gear pin.

Help! ! ! ! The instructions seemed easy; but, it does take time.
