I have driven them and they are a good tire for the money. Much better wert and dry handling than the other tires in the price range.
If I can help let me know.

so you would say they are good, would you put them on an M3, i really dont want some tire that costs like 1K installed all the way around to last me not even 15000 miles, like my dunlop sp9000s did.

You can't say they aren't good because they don't last 15k miles. Do you want performance or do you want a hard tire? I've got them and I have 14k miles on the rears so far......but like Jim said they are the bomb in the rain....

Mine got very noisey @ low-speed with wear. Decent tire though.

well i am looking for a tire that isn't going to cost a million dollors a tire and is going to give me a decent life out of them...i have had dunlop sp9000's and they costed me 800+ bucks, when i got them and they didn't last long, and it wsn't like i was treated them bad, htey just didn't last 15000 miles. so jim do you have any recommended ones, i was told by a guy at an aftermarket shop where i got my fenders rolled at that the es100's were a good tire for my car. especially in San Diego area.

They are an ok tire and are pretty good for the money. With that said, I will prob. move on the the Bridgestone RE750's next. They are supposed to handle very well, outlast the ES100's and have low noise throughout their life. But on the negative side, they grip like an Ultra performance tire new, then degrade back to their true catgeory (Max performance) with age. And they're $150 vs. $100-ish.
Yes, there are better tires out there. But the price of the ES100 definitely makes them a worthy contender.

I'm currently using the es-100's and so far they've been a great set of tires. Improve wet traction as compared to my oe Bridgestone SO2s. I would definately recommend them.

cool, i am thinking about those es100's quite abit, any guesses about how long they last without driving agressively, just regular old driving. and how do the re750's last

Yok ES100's = 13,000 and still rolling. Think I can get one more rotation out of 'em.
RE750's have a higher wear rating on them than the ES100's.
