What is this line for?

Its not the fuel feed line because I can start my car. Its the most corroded line that needs to be replaced. Is it a fuel return line? It is super dry and never noticed any leaking when car ran.

Ill most likely just cut the line out and run a rubber line to the front. I have my rear subframe dropped already.

Perhaps the front breather for the fuel tank..

They eventually rust out.. I had to replace both of mine.
