WOW BMA, you did it again.

So I placed a order online for 2 upper thrust arms first thing Thursday morning, I got free ups ground shipping and I was expecting the parts next week sometime. my mother called me while i was at work last night and told me a pack age came for me, overnight-ed? I thought no way, some thing went wrong....Nope, BMA came through once again, has anyone else ever been treated like a vip?

My last order from BMA was called in around 2:00 pm on Thursday and it was at my house the following morning. I'm here in Northern California and they use a service called OnTrac that ships over night for dirt cheap. :redspot

I've had similar experiences with BMA. Free shipping arrives within a day or two from Cali to Florida. I'm impressed :)

Patrick and Yves from BMA have always been great to me and my BMWs, I usually gather up the needs of all my friends around me and place a huge order from them.
They also can get Euro parts like the Euro trims.
I have always a huge list of parts and they are always quick to quote and provide alternative parts (aka aftermarket).

I'm a satisfied BMA customer as well. Funny thing, they don't even try advertising on the forum or anything like that, and everybody that has been their customer is satisfied.

I buy stuff from BMA and RMEuropean but BMA has been beating RM on pricing lately and that includes Cali sale tax of 9%!

Yeah www.bmaparts.com in Glendale, it is close to Pasadena. I'm in San Diego and when I place an order before noon PST, I have the parts next day.

I have ordered upper and lower control arms, Bilsteins, motor mounts, very good pricing and they suggest 'better' quality stuff but do offer several grades of control arms and motor mounts.

another place had better pricing on the motor mounts but I could not trust the quality, so I went BMA.

Plus, they are homies out here in economically pillaged California.

BMA rocks! I spoke with one of their reps Patrick the other week, he mentioned they are rolling out some new customer appreciation measures such as free overnight on orders of $100 or more. It isn't advertised, but to see parts arrive the next day after supposedly signing up for the 'free ground 8-10 days' option is a great feeling. Cheers to BMA!
