I have a 2011 528i and it has a throttle lag or hesitation (call it what you want) on starting from a stop. Talked to BMW tech. and was told this is inherent in all Bmw's. There is no lag after car has gotten up to speed. Does anyone else out there have this problem and if so is there a remedy? Love the car!:help

Yes... I am in the process of preparing a major post about this and how to file a complaint... should have ready shortly.

Lucki2, do a search here or other BMW forums, you will find this issue addressed all over the place, though no easy fixes. You can sometimes show your service tech all the complaints and then show them that it can be fixed, and they should do something.

I have a lag when slowing down in traffic and accelerating again, bmw acknowledge the problem and say the solution is to drive in sport mode! I want to send it back... any advice??
