Tire Rack does a great job comparing tires, but there are many companies that they don't sell. On the Bigger Side, Toyo, Nitto, Cooper on the Smaller Side, Nexen, Achiles and the others.
I think to myself, that while tire technology has improved it would be great to see some direct comparisons with real numbers, ie skidpad and braking. I know that Car and Driver did one a few years back with the Michelin, Hankook V12s and some of the Cheaper Competition. That was pretty great, but another thing that they don't really show is wear, and how the tires act after a 10k or more. The Hankooks are great in the rain for the first 10k, but if you have them on the rear of a good running 330i with the Staggered Setup, your rear end is going to be sliding. Especially in dry Socal.

As far as I know the car magazines do some test and the Tire Rack. Nobody else spends the money to test them like we do.

No, I have never heard of them. We actually only test the tires that we carry.

I wish you guys would look at other tires as well...
Unless you think the tires are not quality enough...?
The new Cooper RS3-s tires look nice...

I would be interested in the new Good Year Asymmetric 2's as well...
Thanks!

We test what we sell.
Obviously...
:D
But, is there a reason why you don't sell the other tires?
For example, Cooper?

We have enough brands now and I don't think Cooper has anything that we could not find in another brand. You just can't carry everything.
