Just heard back from Way, as soon as they have a tool in stock, they'll send it out. Could take a week or two, but I'm patient. :)

Should wake your car up. If you don't want to wait you could always buy the tool then sell it on nam. And that tensioner stop has saved me a few times should be an oem part.

I've been looking for one used and asking around to borrow one, but no luck so far. I hope Way has one open up soon.

Before you get everything torn down to put the 15% pulley on, you will also need to get (or make) a tensoner tool to pull the belt tensoner over to remove/replace the belt. You also will need a nail or similar sized wire to hold the tensioner in the "service" position while you change things out.
I just did a pulley on my '03 a few months back. Its well worth it, but I think 20 hp is dreaming. To get that, it would take several other modifications along with the pulley. I already have a cat back, but bigger injectors and a tune would go a long way.

We installed the pulley today and made do without a tensoner tool. Excellent mod, I highly recommend it. Install is not super easy and you need some pretty odd tools, like a pounds per inch torque wrench, but I'm very happy with the results.

now get it tuned so you don't throw a check engine light.

I've been running essentially the same modification for almost 5,000 miles on my '03 S and have not yet thrown a code.
