I wanted to refinish the wheel bolts on my 3 piece Racing Dynamics wheels. I dont want to take off the tires and take apart the wheels again just to do this. So my question is this, can i leave the tire on and unscrew the wheel bolts and take them out for refinishing. I dont need to take the barrels apart or remove the face, just the bolts. Thanks in advance...
