Is it possible to take out the sunroof cassette and all that garbage with a roll bar in the car that pushes up against the headliner?
Or am I going to have to remove the roll bar to remove the headliner and all that jazz?
Thanks

You will have to remove the roll bar and your seats.
-All that jazz, sorry.

Looks? Not so much.
It's like a huge strut bar, it's a harness bar, it's prevents me from being the DD for drunk college kids, and in the end, it's a little bit of safety.

Does it cover the width of the car horizontally? If it's only one part of it touching the headliner there is a SLIM chance you might be able to squeak it out of there, but probably not.

My weld-in 4pt was built with the headliner in. I removed the sunroof with that in (obviously) and the two front seats in as well. The only issue was one of the torx bolts either side directly above the main hoop.
It all depends on where your main hoop is.

The cartridge is just plastic. You could cut it out of there with a dremel tool. Are you going to have it welded shut? Once the cartridge is out, there's no way to seal out the rain other than welding it in and using something like "WindowWeld" around the edges.
