What tyres should I get for my Style 5's??

Hi Guys! I need a bit of help choseing tyre size. I have a set of style 5's on my e46 they are 17x8 et 20. I was maybe thinking of 205 40 not sure.

I know a member on this site has pretty much the same wheels on his car "chad e36" if any of ye can tell me what he has it would make my decision a lot easier :)

Who cares what "chad e36" has on his car. Can't you make your own decision? Michelin Pilot Sport A/S are the default tire for people who can't make up their minds.;)

Sorry I should of made myself clear I cant decided what size tyre i want! And what he has is the perfect size that i want..

I think that would look good, a little stretch and you have some room to space the rear out a bit... the only disadvantage as you do stretching on a fairly narrow wheel is the amount of tire on the ground. With stretch on an 8 your not going to see great performance out of a 205 on an e46. Waiting for pics... cheers

this is for a E36.
and for the most part people will run 215/40/17 on all four corners with style 5s on a E36. Good luck! It will look great. Can't go wrong with the 5s
