View Full Version : Performed Transmission Pan Service....

2000 Sport, 98k miles. This past saturday, oil change and tranny pan service. Pan service went very smooth. No hitches. I have a slight 1-2 shift hesitation in the upper RPMs I was trying to correct. Unfortunetly, it's still there after the change.

I didn't see any thread with directions in it all in one place so here are a bunch of links I found. Stick this in the DIY thread, Edwin?

Yep, exactly what my fluid looked like. Black and watery.

Realize you didn't remove all of the old fluid, only about half. You need to drain and refill a couple of times. Once right I like to change fluid every 15K and change fluid and filter every 30K.
